Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Rich and I am native of the Sonoran Desert in Arizona. I was born here and lived and worked here most of my life. I'm a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in History.
The purpose of this blog is to unpack the thoughts, personal philosophies, observations that often clutter my mind. They are sort of a personal therapy if you will... Topics will cover simply reflections of the past, present and future as well as topics on local Arizona History and nature. Arizona, although dry for the most part, is a diverse state as far as terrain. We have sand dunes, desert, grassy plains, piny woods and rugged mountains. There is a lot to offer!
I will also, from time to time, cover spiritual and supernatural topic as well as personal observations those I've had. Deep thought and woo woo stuff...
As a student of history, I will also include local historical sites and trivia a to the area as well as local travel in and around Arizona. Arizona has some incredible local foods offered through out the state.
I may even include some original poems and short stories as the creativity bug bites me.
